Correct me if I’m wrong, but there has not been a military strike on American soil since the Civil War. National Guard law enforcement actions to quell riots etc. do not qualify as military strikes.
Perhaps this explains why ICE is purchasing missile warheads.
He also doesn’t have to authority to blow up boats in the ocean.
The international ocean police should arrest and impeach Trump.

Trump himself stated when he was campaigning that if he got elected you’d never have to vote again. His own words:
