Do you think that every newly-elected person to D.C. (in the GOP) starts out well-intentioned and then their colleagues/pay/power gets to them, or do you think that some of them are set out to be RINOs from the get-go?

I believe who those are that are financially endorsing their new political career is a huge factor in answering your question.

A lot has to do with governance. I believe what I believe and am as conservative as anyone. Some pragmatism MUST enter into the calculus. Governing is more important than grandstanding. Many of these “RINO’s” are not RINO’s. They are conservatives who want to change things and know the way to do it is by governing, not grandstanding.
