Then why does he put forth EOs like this. Is he testing to see which judges are with him and which ones are against him? Is this to challenge the supreme court to see if they will up hold illegal executive orders? What is his MAGA end game.
Why did obama put forth Daca when he knew and said what he was doing was illegal? Why did you support and still support Daca when it is unconstitutional?
As for the flag burning the courts will rule it unconstitutional and no one will be fined or jailed. Daca should be kicked in the trash as well put here we are years down the road and obama’s unconstitutional EO is still around.
It is nice to know who hates the country. Let the flag burners expose themselves.

I dont believe I did support Daca. Show me a post where I said I did. I did not support DACA because it did not have a provision for a pathway to citizenship

DACA and this were definitely implemented in contravention of the Constitution.
But if you believe they are morally equivalent sins…trying to help kids who are here through no fault of their own and lived here without causing trouble for years v jailing someone for expressing themselves in a way you don’t like…I don’t know what to tell you.
