Well, I mean, Congress has basically ceded their Article 1 powers over to the executive now. That means that the presidency is now the de facto legislative branch under the new system along with being the executive branch. And Congress not only let it happen, they basically rubber stamped Trump’s missives. At this point, we are no longer operating under the US Constitution.

Please be more specific. Republicans in congress gave the executive their powers.
