This is more of the same. The narrative is that abc acted on the threat. I disagreee. There is no evidence that it acted on it. In fact if fcc would have kept their mouth shut it probably would have happened anyway but he couldn’t help himself. He needed to be virtuous over Mr Kirk. So here we are ignoring the exact language used by a government official and calling it opinion.
Doing their job how? A comedian lied on tv. What’s the fcc’s job with regards to that

Neither responsibility nor accountability are part of a stand up routine. You are defending this because of who is doing it and why. That’s where it ends
The threat is the action. The threat doesn’t have to be fulfilled in order to be a threat. That’s how threats work.
i’m not defending anything. kimmel was out of line. those who broadcast his content expressed that. the fcc’s mere opinion on some talk show had nothing to do with it
