I have seen the movie and its a solid thriller. Nothing mind blowing and while I know the credibility of the story has been called into question it makes you think about the horrific practice of child sex trafficking.

As for the religious message, quite honestly I suspect it would have whoosed over my head if not for what has been said online about it but youe milage may vary.

I pay little attention to what a critic thinks of any movie and prefer to make up my own mind.

I said Disney losing money isn’t due to woke. Disney has been woke for 40-50 years if I had to nail down the conservative definition of woke. How has Disney done over that time span?

Now this is where conservatives tell me I’m wrong about how long they’ve been woke and will hopefully correct me with their answer and criteria.

I’m crossing my fingers

Open your left eye.

Good catch… why is their revenue going up if woke is killing them? That would seem to indicate that their product is selling… a lot.

What’s the problem? People can still watch the original if they want.

Exactly. Why does it matter if a movie is remade with a different approach to casting?

Lol doesn’t matter if losing money

It really doesn’t matter. People just look for things to get upset about.

Looking at the news of the upcoming live action Snow White movie Disney is about to lose more.

Sure but the first place you would see woke taking its toll would be on revenue, right? That’s how much stuff people buy at the offered prices.

Seems like Disney stuff is still selling very well, however they have an issue where costs of that stuff are a bit too high.

I find grown men getting upset about a fairly tale Disney cartoon that they probably won’t watch is… interesting.

You did it wrong.

Right on! There’s another bakery right down the street.
