He has said that 47 years of presidents have failed. So he has to be the guy. He’s so full of his own made up self worth. This isnt an address. It’s a persecution of the past 5 decades of America.

I don’t think we need it open. Maybe the EU does… we have enough oil we don’t need it. We just need the oil companies to stop overcharging us.
