First, this is a different claim than your claim regarding welfare.
Secondā¦the trends towards decreased African American unemployment began before Donald Trump took office.
In fact, the trend leveled off in the Trump years. It almost couldnāt do anything else because it was already so historically low before Trump took office.
So kudos? to Trump for not messing up a trend that was already underway for almost a decade.
