There is only one Muslim majority nation playing in the World Cup per linked article–Morocco, and it isn’t on the list.

The World Cup is a temporary event in any case, not permanent immigration or resettlement of refugees. This is a non issue.
You’re right, it’s a non-issue because tge US won’t host that World Cup anyway.
