From the link, yes a private institution that laid out their rules. Parents are free to take their money and enroll their children elsewhere; their freedom of choice. That’s not discrimination not even by a stretch.
The parents rights bill championed by DeSantis you are alluding to doesn’t mention the word “gay” or any other alphabet description of a student’s lifestyle. It has everything to do with what is presented in the classroom by faculty. But you knew that.

Oh it’s discrimination. It’s just legal for them to do it.

So is the Utah teacher.

JEB!

The latest data provide the facts — and they’re alarming. The National Assessment of Education Progress released its latest 4th and 8th grade reading scores for U.S. students and found that nearly 70 percent of these kids are testing “below proficient” in reading and are in real trouble. That’s not just appalling – it’s heartbreaking, especially because most parents think their kids are doing fine.

Emphasis mine. TEACH THEM TO READ!

If they can’t say gay they certainly shouldn’t be able to read it either, best not to read at all to be safe.

Sure.

Sticking with the lie? Good for you.
