Department Of Government Efficiency (DOGE)

This is the part where I ask for examples of my switch, lies and hypocrisy… and you do the ■■■■■■■■ dance of Honesty watch…. Which is just a lazy way of saying you have nothing.

Go ahead, prove me wrong.

You sang a completely different tune until tRuMp! today.

They certainly do, that doesn’t mean they produce 5 weekly bullet points for micromanagers. They might one week and might not the next.

What kind of training?

What change?

Such as?

Union.

Prove it.

Love your TDS by the way… :pinched_fingers:t5:

Nah I’m good. You want to continue to discuss policing… start or revive another thread. I entertained your example long enough.

Why not?

One of my clients has a manager who frequently (almost always) asks each person he contacts, “What are you doing today to improve this facility”?

You feel “Waiting” is an acceptable answer? He and I don’t.

I understand.

 You sold out.

This rabid defense of the status quo is… interesting.

That’s a good question. Did he do it under the threat of firing? Did he asked for 5 bullets?

I ask a similar question every week of my direct managers… what did you do this week to advance towards completing your Q1 Okrs? Are there any blockers I need to remove? What can I do better? Etc

Those are always good questions. Asking for 5 weekly bullets under the threat of firing… is not.

Asking government employees to justify why taxpayer dollars should be spent on them is just fine by me.

“The kids cant read” response I frequently see from you must be projection because you are not reading the room correctly in this instance.

And Elon can determine that with 5 bullets covering one week of work?

Trained (D)ogs.

I’m one of those government workers who got the email today (yeah, I’ve got enough work to pull OT on sunday) here is my take.

  1. This isn’t anything new to me, I’ve had to report what I’ve worked on throughout the week pretty much my entire career.
  2. I can see how this wouldn’t work so well with certain positions.
  3. The monday deadline is not workable, the idea of a lack of response is a “resignation” aint gonna cut it.
  4. I don’t have an issue with some form of reporting of this nature, but the way this is being done is silly.

P.S. we have been instructed not to reply awaiting guidance.
