Department Of Government Efficiency (DOGE)

How is that fraud?

According to ABC News, the conflict involved DOGE employees attempting to access what the outlet described as “an internal data system which includes sensitive, personal information of Americans.”

How is that fraud?

Musk said it’s all squared away.

“Major improvement in Treasury payment integrity going live!” Elon Musk posted on X. “This was a combined effort of @DOGE, @USTreasury and @FederalReserve. Nice work by all.”

The excerpt you copied doesn’t reference a committee.

Great link (not being sarcastic) thanks. I agree with what she says here. All government depts should undergo frequent independent and full audit of what they do.

a full and independent analysis of the recipients of USAID assistance. Congress must pay particular attention to the activities of USAID’s implementing partners, including Chemonics, to verify whether USAID erred in selecting them to manage this funding,”

As for them refusing to comply with a request sounds like someone was definitely obstructing Congress, whether just because they have a power complex or covering nefarious activities I have no idea but good to see they complied.

I just want to throw this out.

Seems like few members over at CoJ quit because they were asked to investigate and recoup that 20 billion dollars or so.

The Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund was to funnel about $26 billion to the United Climate Fund and Climate Justice Alliance. This grant was funded in August 2024 to the tune of $20.3 billion, again in October for $4.3 billion, with the final tranche of $2 billion landing in December 2024/January 2025; see the details here. These were all part of the Biden “throwing gold bars off the Titanic” (see EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin Finds the $20 Billion ‘Gold Bars’ the Biden Administration Tried to Jettison – RedState) plan where immense amounts of grant funding would be “parked” in leftist 501(c)3 corporations that were supposed to continue to run beneath the radar even after Trump had taken office.

This is precisely the job that DOJ should be investigating instead of moms…and political opponents.

What’s funny CNN wanted to snoop into Musk security clearance and submitted a request to OPM. They got a reply saying good luck to that.

Now that’s some funny ■■■■ right there.

By finding fraud and waste in Medicare/Medicaid/ACA.

Sounds like the Biden administration was setting up a dark government to run underneath the newly elected government.
If a holdover can’t follow the program of the new administration, their options are to resign or be fired for insubordination.
If Trump had let the holdovers run the agencies like last time, they would be planning new investigations of Trump by now.

You have to cut the fraud to find out what’s in it.

Not sure. Need a benchmark of “fine job”. Doge isn’t it.

They haven’t found one lick of fraud.

Musk has clearance.

Medicaid and Medicare already investigate fraud, abuse and waste aggressively. They also rely on Health Insurance companies to alert them to fraud. Its crazy the amount of providers who are flagged for fraud and abuse investigation.

I cannot imagine why someone would spend years in medical school only to throw it all away in deciding to try and rip the system off. Suppose thats why I am not a criminal.

Doge is back in business.

WASHINGTON – A federal judge on Tuesday refused to block Elon Musk’s access to sensitive records at several federal departments after another judge limited the Department of Government Efficiency’s access to the Treasury Department.

U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan held hearings Friday and Monday on the request from 14 states, which argued that Musk was exercising unchecked power to gain access to sensitive information, terminate personnel and end contracts worth hundreds of millions of dollars.

But Chutkan ruled that the states hadn’t shown they would suffer “imminent, irreparable harm” unless she blocked DOGE.

Well, I mean they might impeach Elon.

So does that mean you are OK with “waste and abuse”?

You know? The two other words bookmarking the one that you lefties want to only use.

It’s always been “waste, fraud and abuse”. How come you all seem to want to forget about them?

Worth posting twice.
