So glad he isn’t caving on the SOTU. Yes, Nancy was trying to make a power move , but I believe another reason is she would love the President to opt out of his speech. When he does a speech his poll numbers go up, his base is revitalized and his accomplishments are highlighted. Some people were even won over by his last SOTU. He has done some amazing things for our Country. People need to hear about it and they won’t hear about it in the mainstream.
