In deed it is. And I’m certain billable hours will spike through the roof for most all of the attorneys defending the multiple defendants in this case.
Sure. But from a political perspective, how do you think it will play? As someone here mentioned, if nothing else it will force these people to have to defend themselves on yet another front with respect to the Russia saga.
i know, right? those Trump U students are licking their wounds. and all those women Trump is paying off, they’re hurtin’ too. and that lawsuit he settled for illegal immigrants tearing down that building to build Trump tower, they’re still crying.
Perhaps. On the other hand, there may be plenty of Americans that are still very must interested in the truth being revealed to the public, as we have a right to know what our employees, and their associates, have done.
I, for one, am very much interested in the Mueller investigation and what his final conclusions will show, regardless of what they may be. And to many people’s likely surprise, I am very hopeful for a full exoneration of Trump. I say that because I worry about the damage to our nation that would come from learning that the POTUS engaged in nefarious, unethical, or illegal activity to win an election.
My thoughts? A Royally stupid move on their part. The party needs to work on their own act and not worry that Fat Donald et al are in cahoots with the Russians.
I think there is a lot of truth in this post as well. If they want to reclaim Congress next year, and even more so, if they want to prevent Trump from being reelected in 2020, they need a message other than Russia or anti-Trump.
I’m not real sure how that all works. But wouldn’t the criminal cases take some sort of precedence over a civil case? And yes, I know I’m asking a Brit this question.
I disagree. If what you said were the case, then you would not have talking heads from both the right and the left spending hours upon hours every day of the week discussing these issues. They would have, as you suggest, moved on.
