One would presume Tesla’s losses would involve a significant expenditure in R&D; I wonder what R&D Trump’s businesses did during that period where he incurred over a billion in losses.
I hate to admit it…but I do daily in my business. I had this one guy in last week…old client…asked me “trump . Yea or Nay?” I said “am I going to lose your business if I say the wrong answer?” He said “No”. So I said “Then Hell No!” He is a trumper and he busts out a $1M fake bill with trump on it!
The Tesla folks I have spoken with blame the struggles on a disconnect between departments within the company. Right hand not always knowing what the left hand is doing
It’s difficult for me to wrap my brain around the fact that there are still people defending this con-artist. Okay, so maybe some didn’t like Hillary or some actually believed he would do the things he promised… but now, more than 2 years after he was inaugurated… how are people not realizing the con?
Remember the psychological cost of supporting Trump in the first place when it seemed his campaign was a joke…the phenomenon of many Trump supporters not admitting they were Trump supporters turned out to be very real, as were the reasons for it…they didn’t want the hassle of having to explain themselves while being laughed at.
That he won made many people feel vindicated and has earned Trump a special loyalty from them.
Also reveals an unpleasant truth that electing a President isn’t about competency anymore, if it ever was. It’s about what popular personality spouts off what I believe in as clear terms as possible. Whoever does that I will give my allegiance to, and ascribe all sorts of competencies to him that he doesn’t really have.
I’ve come to the conclusion that people who got conned this bad with the con man sitting in the White House are gonna have a hard time with basic stuff. That’s the audience that he appeals to and feeds off of. They’re the most easy audience to con.
They also include a whole bunch of men who are too weak to stand up to a con man.
