Ok, so similar to death valley. It’s not really cold temp wise, but the drop in temperature so quickly made it feel really cold. I always found that interesting.

Someone is doing something right.
The surf is fun when a hurricane is offshore churning. But a direct hit? Anyone who goes to the beach in those conditions is asking for trouble. Usually LEOs and Beach Patrol run the nut jobs off.
Yeah…about that surf. I remember I almost won Darwin award.
