A-list actor Robert De Niro escalated his war-of-words with President Trump this week; telling a packed audience in New York City that it’s time to be “down with this ■■■■■■■■■■■■■ as the crowd erupted in applause.
De Niro was speaking at an event honoring comedian Bill Crystal Monday when he offered a mock apology to the Commander-in-Chief.
“I just get so upset with that blank in the White House,” said the star of ‘Raging Bull’ and ‘Goodfellas.’
“Boo is right! Down with this ■■■■■■■■■■■■■■ he yelled.
Robert De Niro was thrust into the national spotlight weeks ago when a “suspicious package” containing a pipe-bomb was sent to his lower New York City production offices.
His battle with the White House goes back months, when the actor screamed ■■■■■ Trump” at an entertainment award ceremony and referred to the President as a “mutt.”
