I found this to be interesting it wont let me link it https://www.ieee-security.org/TC/SP2013/papers/4977a127.pdf anyway it’s a paper on the crossfire attack which was done by Carnegie Mellon and it’s for the IEEE Symposium on privacy and security back in 2013 but I find it just very interesting with all this going on that this is obviously something that has been being used for quite some time
