Court documents: Ryan Routh attempted to purchase RPG and stinger missiles

Recent court documents show that the man charged in the second Trump assassination attempt tried to purchase Ukrainian RPGs and stinger missiles. These kinds of weapons are used to attack armored vehicles and to shoot down aircraft.

Here is an excerpt:

Of course, an obvious question is whether the FBI/CIA/NSA were aware of these communications using a messaging app before the assassination attempt?

A related question is who was the “Ukrainian” contact? Was he really part of a sting operation connected to western intelligence/law enforcement?

If US agencies were aware, why was Routh allowed to get so close to Trump?

If they were not aware, then why are we spending billions of dollars on surveillance and anti-terrorism activities?

I’m just glad that Hollywood clarified to us that it was Democrat Charlie Wilson who was responsible for arming the Taliban and not Ronald Reagan.

The RPG could probably just pick one up on the battlefield.

The Stinger? You can thank biden for that. He just loved handing out our military technology.

Remember Afghanistan?

I don’t know. They were part of the Soviet Union for 90 years. The RPG was designed and manufactured in the Soviet Union from like the 60s till it collapsed in the 90s. There’s a lot of them laying around in that part of the world.

As for Stingers, those could have came from anywhere. We used to hand those out like candy and we didn’t vet the people we gave them too very well.

Yes, Mexico is the place to get such weapons . . .

The Mexican army said in June that it had seized 221 fully automatic machine guns, 56 grenade launchers and a dozen rocket launchers from drug cartels since late 2018.

Texas democrat

To be fair Reagan was too busy throwing defective missiles to Iran to create money to launder to the Contras.

trump did that too

Their domestic arms industry makes RPGs (old soviet system), and we have given them a bunch of stingers as part of their AAA inventory.

Alleged threat from Iran against Trump and former officials from the Trump administration appeared in US media shortly after the first assassination attempt. A letter from three former officials provided detailed accusations.

Blaming Iran for an attack from Routh could have eliminated Trump and provided a pretext for war against Iran. A win-win . . .
