There is zero requirement that persecution must come from the government in order to have a valid asylum claim. Right?
These same definitions applied under Bush and Trump.

Those are not legally valid asylum conditions.

Because the purpose of asylum was not intended to apply to virtually EVERYONE in a particular country. To have a virtual incessant flow of people from countries all over the world is NOT what asylum is supposed to be about.
