Two different things. I’ve had veggie burgers before. They taste nothing like beef. I’ve never eaten the beyond or impossible garbage, which is supposed to taste like the real thing. I’m not going anywhere near it. No reason to.
You need to eat meat and vegetables/fruits in the proper amounts. I notice your plate is like 2/3 vegetables and fruits (or whatever avocado is). Good going.
