Construction industry NOT as bad as during the Pandemic . . . (almost, but not quite.)

Things in the constrction industry are NOT as bad as they were during the pandemic.

Pandemic: Lost 200k constructon jobs (and lost them very quickly)
Today: Lost ALMOST200k construction jobs (and lost them very quickly)

See? Not the same.

Who is saying its the same? Not being an arse but trying to figure out what the discussion point is here.

I am saying it is pretty much the same.

Hot with a ton of bricks. … vs … Hit with 999 kilos of bricks.
Pretty devastating either way.

I must have my stupid head on this morning, still not getting it. Thats a me issue :grinning::grinning::grinning:.

More coffee please.

It appeared to have recovered, then sharply dropped in the last year or so. I don’t get it, what caused that? Biden, or whoever is running the country saw to it that they had plenty of available labor.

WellI got embarrassed and stopped posting on this thread when I noticed that I had accidentally posted “openings” and not actual constuction jobs.

My bad.
