Mr Capitalism is a valuable poster on this forum. He doesn’t post as much anymore, but he’s one of the posters who have been around here the longest.
It’s why I’ve come to the conclusion to never, ever reply to them.

Which parts of the country are those?
This took place in Hartford, Connecticut.
Good on Police Chief Rosado for firing this officer, who would have had a tough time building a rapport with his community.
And that justifies it how?
He’d still have a gard time building a rapport in his community.
Incidentally, the officer imprisoned in South Carolina for killing Walter Scott, who fled on foot during a traffic stop, is not originally from South Carolina at all, but from New Jersey.
Ex bf’s mother was of British parentage from New Jersey, & probably used the ‘n’ word more than native born & raised Floridians.
