I didn’t think so. I thought they did a great job. I didn’t think about anything else as I watched.
Miscast, as in nothing physically like the person being portrayed. That has nothing to do with their ability to act the part.
Seriously, if white actors were chosen to portray black historic figures, the left would burn down the theater.

I’m not bothered by white college kids wearing serapes and sombreros at Cinco de Mayo parties or little white kids dressed as Indians on Halloween … but some people are.
