Now your Amazon deliveries and everything else you have delivered, including food will be taxed at 4.4 percent. Oh and did I mention a 3.8 percent “investment tax?” What eva the hell that is. On top of that, tax brackets are being increased, and a slew of other items will be taxed a higher rate. I’m betting Governor Taxberger didn’t campaign on any of this. They should. I was happy to leave Virginia and get away from annual state and local property tax on my car and being taxed for the privilege of working in Newport News and living in Hampton.
