Chloroquine and Hydroxychloroquine Coronavirus cures?

In Michigan? They have an endemic malaria problem that they need to have a stockpile for?

In what context are they warning doctors?

Where it is not scarce… go for it.

Con artists each and every one of them, pumping out a daily deluge of misinformation and tripe.

A completely nonsensical question considering what you replied to.

I can’t imagine any reason they don’t have adequate stocks in Michigan unless it’s due to a sudden Surge and sales.

This is drug that every Pharmacy hospital and virtually every little small town and even Clinic Pharmacy carries regularly.

If do the some weird happenstance Michigan has low stock of it, there are warehouses full of it

It doesn’t take long to move anywhere in the United States anymore, with perhaps the exception of the backcountry of Alaska you can ship anything anywhere in the United States today same day, and if not same-day certainly by the next day.

If such an emergency need exists it can easily be filled

Why would any State just happen to have stocks of anti malarial drugs sitting around when it is a drug that is traded on the free market.

Pharmacies would be the ones warehousing drugs, not states. And why would they be warehousing vast stocks of a drug that is used for malaria, lupus and arthritis?

The normal demand side is already known… why would they be ordering pills that they won’t sell sooner rather than later? These things do have expiration dates.

Congrats on yet another completely nonsensical post.

If the state has a shortage they can order it.

If a hospital, clinic, or Pharmacy runs short they can order it.

So what’s the problem?

Bayer & at least three other pharmaceutical manufacturers that produce these drugs said more than a week ago that they would go into 24-hour production to double their production and they would have hundreds of millions of doses available very quickly.

Even if it had this ship all the way from bears Factory in Germany to Michigan that can be done in less than a day.

So again what is it you’re so worked up over? Ry

I am not worked up.

There is a temporary scarcity of a drug that has a sudden rush of high demand.

Until that new demand is met, the drugs should go to provable treatments instead of unproven ones.

Thats all.

They are trying it…there’s seven clinical trials approved for it.

But so far we have the results of three…two in France (well technically one plus an expanded arm of the same one), one in China.

The one in France was promising…the one in China was inconclusive.

This is why we trial drugs before we promise the moon for them.

The Russian pharmacists also believe in the effectiveness of malaria medication against the virus, but suggested that another drug — Mefloquine — should be employed. They said their treatment was developed taking Chinese and French experience into account.
The drug, which has been around since the 1970s, blocks the degenerative effect Covid-19 has on cells and doesn’t allow the virus to replicate further, the Russian Federal Medical-Biological Agency (FMBA) said in a statement. They added that Mefloquine’s immuno-suppressive effect prevents the inflammatory response caused by the disease . . .

The number of cases is increasing rapidly in Moscow, so there should be ample opportunity to test the alleged treatment.

I wouldn’t trust anything China says, and therefore what WHO says, about what measures work against this virus.

I guess, if the scientists finally confirm these drugs as effective, we can lay the long-term damage and the deaths of those denied these drugs, which are the most promising anecdotally effective treatments on the radar so far, at the feet of the timid “we don’t know enough yet to approve them” brigade.

apparently the reports of shortages were off by about 36 million doses.

just more misinformation and fear spread by the liberal masters.

Yeah i haven’t heard any doctors mention any shortage.

The one symptom not being reported by the media is that apparently the coronavirus causes liberals to go absolutely bonkers.

That’s not new is it?

I think these numbers are a whole lot closer to truth than anything we’re getting out of the official sources.

Tucker Carlson had another great show tonight and he was talking about the doctors who had gone against the party rhetoric and Reporting on the virus who have disappeared as in officially cannot be heard from.

This is typical of Communist governments, unfortunately it’s probably true.

No there’s nothing plausible about it at all.

People taking medications for chronic conditions typically get them refilled at a minimum for 90 days at a time.

The Man simply doesn’t add up.

In addition to the existing stocks in the United States pronounce it one of them press briefings this week I can’t remember the exact number but I think it’s somewhere around a hundred and thirty million doses have already been given to the United States to be distributed by a couple of manufacturers. And we’re supposed to be having a delivery again next week or the following week of a similar number of doses.

These are drugs that has been on the market 30 40 50 70 years, they are in Broad used all over the world particularly shoulder is always a large supply of

Of course they do the Millennials and gen-xers are scared so it’s really time to throw granny off the cliff.

You remember those commercials don’t you when they denied that they projecting and it was the evil Republicans it really wanted to throw the old people off the cliff and let him die.

How about we go back to the 90s when the Democrats said by Hillary and Bill were swearing up and down that without Hillary Kerr Republicans kids were going to go a friend stealing Granny’s social security check in her Medicare and the old folks are going to have to decide between getting her prescriptions filled and eating cat food or harvesting from dumpster.

But no, Jezcoeis now going to try and claim this is not about the difference between free market and socialized medicine.

In a free-market there can be no rationing. It would just go to the highest bidder if things got desperate enough.

Never forget, if you truly want to know what these people think and what they are doing may be in secret or at least would like to do if they could get away with it, just look at what they’re accusing you of.
