Yes…I agree but…I’d again say potentially…it’s that on steroids. Security has declined over the last few decades and IMO it’s because it wasn’t transferred from the father by displaying it everyday while they were maturing.
I disagree just because anecdotally I know several young adults including my own children where the father was present that have some quite prominent and visible piercings.
I just dont see any correlation between single parent families and tattoos/piercings.
You may not be old enough to see the patterns I’ve witnessed over the generations but there’s no question in my mind, I’m right. There’s always other influences and no one has THE single answer but what I just said, is most often, the explanation.
