My grandpa and three of my aunts live in Daytona. They didn’t evacuate for Hurricane Andrew either.
I tried to tell him. At first, they had this storm going directly over his house. Just north of Tampa. Now it seems to be tracking just south of Tampa. Either way, it’s bad at his location.
Were they in Daytona when it hit? That’s considerably north of where Andrew hit, but they probably got storm surge. They’re saying this storm is going to bring hurricane force winds to Daytona.
So why is Harris sticking herself into the situation? Because she wants to create this very situation to give her a reason to act all butt hurt when her presence was not even needed or required.
