She didn’t try to call him. And he’s got better things to do than waste his time on that insignificant little gnat. It’s troubling the stupid stuff, DeSantis won’t take my call, I worked at McDonald’s, that woman has chosen to lie about.

In significant crisis like this hurricane DeSantis strikes me as a great person to have in a position of leadership…not sure if it’s his military training or what but he strikes me as the person you’d want in charge in the case of something like Milton.

We’re in Palm Beach county about 15 miles south of WPB and 6 miles west of the coast. It’s been raining nearly every day since we caught “outer bands” of Helene. Some of the lakes in the communities are beginning to overflow the banks onto the roadways. With more rain expected I hope the Water Management people have their ■■■■ together this time opening gates to allow the canals to drain these ponds and lakes.

Biden and Harris both started their speech just now blaming Trump for parroting the statements Mayorkas made as disinformation. You can’t make this up. When libs say disinformation it’s code word for we screwed up and look bad.

And yes I would credit DeSantis’ organizational, preparatory, problem solving and motivational skills to his Naval Training and experiences.

It helps but I wouldn’t underestimate it. Katrina was a Cat 3 when it basically obliterated the Mississippi coastline. I remember that vividly since my granddad took us down there two weeks later to look at the damage. And it was wild. I was getting hardcore into following the news at the time and all I could think of was how much it looked like Baghdad that I was seeing on the news every night.
