You underestimate the unpopularity of the excessive mandates.
The protestors do not want to shoot themselves in the foot, just get the message to the levers of emergency powers to let go. Should be easy with such a high voluntary vaccine rate.
Bare shelves in grocery stores will always be a power fantasy. These guys know they’re replaceable, so they have to stop their replacements from working with roadblocks.

I heard this AM that Brandeau was having an emergency meeting with premiers to discuss a quck and measured timeline to end all restrictions. Could not find link.

Brandon overstepped on cousin Brandeau to go police state on the Ambassador Bridge.
So yes…happens all the time. They dangle funding out like crack to…you know.

Yet the ambassador bridge blockade was handled by local authorities, no need for the emergencies act.
the issue is people keep passing the potato because no one want to look like the bad guy.
There are only three federal vaccine mandates in Canada.
one for travel via plane or train.
and one for travel across the border.
and one for federal employees.
unlike uncle Biden, Trudeau never pushed for mandatory vaccine for private companies…
there exist no Federal or Provincial vaccine mandate for private companies.
That speaks volumes on who has the moral imperative.
They really need to move quickly on ending all the mandates and focusing on the vaccine and therapeutics.
I have no issue with ending mandates, no one likes mandates.
what people are worried about is not breaking the healthcare system.
We passed that potential with the Dec 2020 wave.
