One does not get a stroke from being in a riot.
Losing an officer who is there to protect US is devasteting and my heart goes out to his family but if riot caused stroke half of our Military force and Police would be dead.
Stress may contribute in some way but there is always another primary cause for a stroke.
The ads are populated by your search algorithms.

I think we get a lot of stuff that is intended to poke or irritate us. Which makes sense. Anything for engagement.
