True. But I can’t think of a president ever being denied when he wanted to do a modification or addition.

Never as far as. I know. I agree it’s gaudy and tacky what Trump wants to do. Because that’s who he is. But as far as I know he has the power to do it.
So consequential that he’s not only rewiring world trade, cutting historic peace deals, he’s leaving a lasting physical legacy right on top of the White House that no one will ever be able to take away. In fact, future Democrat presidents, if there ever are any, will enjoy it.
