That is absolutely untrue. Any major change needs to be approved by the Capital Architect and a commission under that authority. Trump does not have this approval, but is just plowing forward like the maniac that he is.

He did not get rid of the Rose Garden or the roses. He replaced the lawn area with paving to help with access.
