What precedent is that exactly? Hillary was given a pass by political activists under the last administration and Sessions lacked the guts to do his duty.

Hillary committed actual crimes, it’s not even arguable nor is the fact she was given a pass by activists in the last administration charged with investigating her.

Given a pass? She was investigated for the same thing multiple times for the same thing to no avail
She was exonerated by Comey before the investigation was even really underway, without even interviewing the principals in the case.
And the same exact thing will be said about Trump.
The difference is? Her crimes are not even arguable. She committed them willfully and with purpose.

You realize the DoJ can just subpoena whatever files they want, right?

They evidence was there from the moment we saw her emails as to why she wanted to avoid using the DoS account for her official emails. Every time she sent or received a classified communication outside of the official system she committed another crime.
All you have against Trump at this point are baseless allegations of nebulous violations of law that cannot actually be defined.
They have to know what to look for and where it is first and that is what they are being given.
And Judicial Watch knows what to look for better than the DoJ does?
