In a Justice system where drug posession is treated as a more egregious offense as compared to rape I suspect there won’t be much jail time for anyone who gets identified in this case.

Justice may be them getting raped repeatedly in prison? Not something I would say should happen. Jail because there has to be punishment, otherwise why have laws against rape at all.
