BREAKING: Appeals court upholds Boasberg’s deportation block, ignores intent of Alien Enemies Act

basically there were none.

Allan

First of all it was district court judges who have no jurisdiction in these cases. Youre trying to make a strawman argument

A 655% increase of removing terrorists from our country. Illegals that biden administration let in. Criminals who are defended by activist judges and democrats. These are the people democrats are wanting to stay here.

what do these arrests have to due with deportations to CECOT.

Allan

I think the title of the article answers your question.

That’s because 655 sounds so much bigger than 219

The discussion isn’t about Trump’s mass deportation raids.

It’s about people being sent to CECOT.

It’s also only two data points.

No, they didn’t.

What specific immigration laws did Biden break?

Do not interpret this question as an endorsement of Biden’s policies because I didn’t and don’t endorse them.

But what specific immigration laws did he break or fail to uphold?

Your question wasn’t about the AEA, but even there there is a process in place for when the alien enemy has not been actually accused of a crime.

As has also mentioned, and then when it is mentioned, you retreat back to your comfy blanket that is your interpretation of Section 1.

sure they did read the opinion.

Allan

How do you know they are terrorists?

Arrests or removals?

I did and I shared the relevant parts with you on multiple occasions. You simply chose to ignore those relevant parts.

Is cecot not under the mass deportation?

So i personally would say arrests. The removal would mean they are here illegally and arrest would mean they are confirmed as a terrorist as defined by this administration. The article i posted specifically said indias most wanted was caught in the raids. So based on how the article was written was how i interpret it.

For one bidens work permit program. Not one judge spoke out against it.

Or arrests mean they’re still here.
