The truth, which you suspiciously avoid is, Judge Henderson, in her WRITTEN OPINION repeatedly took quotations out of their context, when the Alien Act was being debated and created, to support her erroneous conclusions.
The bottom line is, the very purpose and legislative intent of the Alien Enemies Act was to provide the President with extraordinary power, including unobstructed discretionary deportation power, to deal with and remove aliens on American soil who may pose a threat to the general welfare of the United States and her citizens.
Judge Henderson, in issuing her Order, has obstructed the legislative intent of the Alien Enemies Act being carried out by our President, and is not only a disgrace to our legal system, but she is exposing American citizens to murder, assault, robbery, rape, and other criminal activities at the hands of illegal entrant foreign nationals which otherwise would not occur if our President were not obstructed in carrying out his delegated authority under the Alien Enemies Act.

once a case is settled with a TRO, it is settled, only SCOTUS can squash the TRO and that is highly unlikely (like .00000001% chance)
