I think an independent investigators should have been appointed almost from the beginning.
I think DoJ investigations and congressional investigations (like the Jan 6 so-called “hearings”) are more likely to be politicized. Independent investigators are certainly not flawless people, but in cases like these, they are preferable to the DoJ and Congress.
the guy who spent 7 years working for obama doj and managed to prosecute one gop governor and someone who leaked anti iran info while they were sending pallets of money to the mullah’s? nah, couldn’t possibly be a leftist partisan hack.

This guy has been in career since 1989…his resume is much broader and deeper than that.
But here we go…
It’s been going on to long as much as I hope Trump loses in the primaries it shouldn’t be done like this, which is starting to look like a witch hunt that he was talking about since Mueller. At that time I didn’t say anything about it but it’s hard not to view this as a constant coordinated effort to keep him out of office, it would be much better just to beat him in the primaries or general election.

They don’t believe he’s done anything wrong. Biden and his family are pure as the undriven snow in their minds.

How many times can lib leaders cry wolf before some of their followers stop believing? I really would have never guessed so many among us could be this gullible. They believe every word and charge laid against Trump, even though it’s been proven that Hillary Clinton is behind the false Steele dossier, and Russian collusion has also proven to be a hoax ( at least Trump wasn’t colluding with anyone), yet a laptop that is full of evidence of crimes committed by Hunter Biden, and the mounds of evidence against Joe Biden that have been verified are ignored.

yes his resume is much broader, he was also part of covering up the irs scandal targeting conservative groups and michelle obama’s book, he’s a partisan hack. his job is to indict trump no matter how far fetched the charge. the trial after all will be in dc where he gets an automatic verdict republican=guilty democrat=not guilty.
