A US District Court Judge ruled Monday that recently “reunited families” along the US-Mexico border could not be “deported” to their home countries until further review; setting the stage for a high-stakes showdown with the Trump administration.

The judicial system does not have the authority to make that decision. They must accurately interpret the law. Trump should move that Congress remove activist judges who dictate non existant law. They are incompetent.
Doubtful. Trump has already backed down multiple times when running up against the judicial branch. I agree, we should be seeking the impeachment of these activists through Congress. I just don’t think it’s likely.
