In the US, where consumers are also reeling under a recent spate of inflation, some luxury brands and luxury items (as well as airlines, travel, dining-out) are doing while drug stores, furniture stores and numerous other retailers are in in economic hell.

The common denominator is that inflation helps those with assets etc. and often harms those without assets etc.
