No, they show outcomes. Outcomes are a reflection of choices. Your so called “systemic racism” is what fails, at an 80% rate.

There is simply no way that a system designed to be prejudicial can fail at that rate that randomly.

20% is a systemic anomaly that can only be explained by other factors.

This has nothing to do with Floyd and it hasn’t for a very long time.

They do it because they know that in democratic controlled areas, they will not be held accountable. If there are charges, they are typically dropped.
