Former President Bill Clinton continued to find himself in hot water this week, bizarrely saying that the “norms” of society have changed over “what you can do to people against their will.”

Clinton was speaking with PBS News when he was asked to comment on former Sen. Al Franken’s resignation from Congress, saying “the norms have really changed” since his tenure in the White House.

“I think the norms have really changed in terms of, what you can do to somebody against their will, how much you can crowd their space, make them miserable at work,” Clinton told PBS.

"You don’t have to physically assault somebody to make them, you know, uncomfortable at work or at home or in their other – just walking around. That, I think, is good,” he added.
