No, once arrested the illegal is placed in a “detention” facility until travel accommodations are made. Used to be deported individuals nabbed were kicked out of the country ASAP. Currently I doubt it’s even a priority.

In fiscal year 2021 there has been over a million title 42 expulsion and over 600,000 title 8 apprehensions.
How can you look at that and say that they are doing nothing?
On weds Biden when asked by Peter Doocy about giving 450000 to migrants allegedly separated from their families he said this. From cnn.com

The President responded by calling the report “garbage.”
“It’s not true,” he said.”
Then on Thursday Circle Back Psaki’s fill in flack was singing a different song. This is from foxnews.com

Biden either A) is clueless or B) is a liar (I’m actually going with C) all of the above).
I know I know clueless Joe was out of town…but we all knew what was going on…clearly on weds he didn’t.
So which is it…is he a complete liar or absolutely unaware of what’s going on around him?

The probable truth about the $450K to each of these illegal entrants is, the ACLU cooked up a phony civil case knowing the fix would be in and that a settlement would be made rather than the Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez controlled justice department having an American citizen jury decide the case.
This is just another abuse of power by the Democrat Party Leadership and an outright plundering of our nation’s treasury . . . a spreading of American Citizens’ hard earned taxpayer wealth under the guise of a phony settlement.

There is no intended “settlement”. There is nothing to “settle”. It’s an outright plundering of our treasury cooked up by the ACLU and the Democrat Party Leadership.
What jury would ever consider giving a dime to a parent knowingly breaking our law and putting their child in such danger? The parents of each of these children should be the ones who are sued, or perhaps criminally prosecuted for child abuse.
