Biden doesn’t like how our Justice system works and wants to change the constitution to make it easier to jail political opponents. Are we sure the DNC wasn’t behind Trump being shot? Can Biden jail himself for breaking the law he accused Trump of?

A two-thirds majority of both the House and the Senate needs to pass any proposed amendment, which is then sent to the states for ratification. It must be approved by three-fourths — 38 — of the 50 states to become the supreme law of the land.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled (two-thirds of each House concurring therein), That the following article is proposed as an amendment to the Constitution of the United States, which shall be valid to all intents and purposes as part of the Constitution when ratified by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States:

“ Section 1. Obviously, this has no chance of getting the necessary two-thirds vote in both Houses of Congress or the three quarters of State ratifications, so we can stop with the histrionics and calm down.
I actually support a broader version of this, which would apply to the States as well as the Federal Government and which would include judicial officers.
Remember that in protecting Trump, the Supreme Court also granted protections to Biden, Harris and any future Democratic as well as future Republican Presidents.

The supreme court granted nothing. The President has always been immune from prosecution for carrying out the duties of the office they hold. You cannot prosecute a person for using the authority the constitution and law grant them.
