Biden makes it official with a "Disinformation Governance Board"

…and I’ve heard ignorance is bliss…is it?

But of course…

Nah, I’ll be fine. You on the other hand…

Seriously. A board with no power under quarterly congressional review? C’mon. It’ll be fine.

Well, that has absolutely no potential to go wrong in every way possible. :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

Is that the best you can do?

Derp.

Hate to have to tell you, but that’s not better. :stuck_out_tongue:

…and Mayorkas has no power to effect the border either…does he?

Of course he does.

Now open your eyes a tad wider and try to now know, how much you do not know. You are the perfect example of Mayorkas’s plan. As long as you can’t see what he’s doing and it’s out of sight, it’s all good.

Gibberish.

Mayorkas heads up enforcement. We are talking here about an advisory board. It is a non sensical apples to oranges comparison.

I’ve been hearing this from Hannity Land for many, many years now. Unless it’s in your face, you’re blind to the truth. Not knowing how much you don’t know is very common. Grow up is all I can say to this.

Mayorkos heads up the DHS. The Ministry of Truthiness is in the DHS.

Sure. And the disinfo board is to be advisory with quaterly congressional oversight.

…and if you heard the questions asked of Mayorkas regarding the southern border and how many times their simple questions of numbers that would potentially condemn him if answered honestly, that he said he didn’t know the answer to…you could discern that “oversight” is a mischaracterized and almost useless term with no teeth.

Who is it going to “advise”?

Congressional oversight? How?

Like the DHS and FBI now? The NSA?

An advisory board that will push their product to “operators” in DHS

Based on what is in that article I posted, it looks like they will coordinate messaging between the various departments.

I assume the usual way: written reports coupled with committee appearances
