Yes they did. They built the Kerch bridge cutting off access to the Sea of Azov and attacked and took prisoner Ukrainian ships who were in their own waters. Taking Ukrainians as hostages. Not to mention the continuing occupation of Donbas and Crimea that Trump was fine with. Cause you know, they speak Russian there.

I have another post about how Trump never gave Ukraine Stingers, but I assume you mean Javelins. Yeah, Trump sold Ukraine 47 Javelin systems. With a caveat that they must be kept in western Ukraine so they couldn’t be used in Donbas. 47 Javelins is what we would give less than three light infantry battalions. Those saved Kyiv? Fact, it’s the thousands of anti armor missiles that Biden and NATO and other countries flooded into Ukraine that save Kyiv.
