Beware of the FAIRtax 2022 Candidate Pledge

Well, the American People could put an end to all that crap, get rid of the IRS, and actually encourage Congress to adopt sound fiscal policies if they would get off their duffs and demand The Fair Share Balanced Budget Amendment be added to our Constitution.

I wonder why none of our personalities in the media, including those on talk radio and TV, are so negligent as to not talk about a permanent solution which binds Congress’ hands and encourages economic policies which advance the best interests of the American People and the general welfare of the United States.

Are we living under an evil system of taxation?

When a system of taxation allows the force of government to directly tax one citizen and require that citizen to pay two dollars and then tax a neighbor directly for one dollar, that is an evil system of taxation

When a system of taxation can be used as a political weapon and used to criminally prosecute a government Administrations’ political opponents, that is an evil system of taxation

When a system of taxation has become so complex that those who can afford high priced lawyers and can also avoid paying taxes, that is an evil system of taxation

When the definition of “taxable income” can be manipulated to exclude the friends and donors of certain politicians, that is an evil system of taxation

When a system of taxation makes citizens spend, over 3.24 billion hours a year preparing and filing tax-returns, that is an evil system of taxation.

When a system of taxation costs $37 billion a year in administrative and compliance costs, that is an evil system of taxation

When a system of taxation invites billions of dollars, being spent on lobbying for privileged tax relief to those who can afford it that, is an evil system of taxation

When a system of taxation tells a minister of church what may and may not be said during a sermon, that is an evil system of taxation

When a system of taxation is so intrusive that a taxpayer must disclose some of their most personal and intimate information and spending habits, that is an evil system of taxation

Is there now agreement that we are living under an evil system of taxation? Could this evilness be ended by forbidding Congress to lay and collect any tax calculated from profits, gains, sales, wages, tips and other lawfully realized “income”, and returning to taxing consumption as our Founders intended?

Well, here is the latest example of the evilness allowed when Congress is permitted to lay and collect a tax calculated from profits, gains, sales, interest, salaries, wages, tips, inheritances or any other lawfully realized “income”.

I never thought I would live to see the day when American citizens roll over like a herd of sheeple and take whatever their Congress critters decide is best for them. But here we are.

This kind of crap would never happen if the Fair Share Balanced Budget Amendment was added to our Constitution.

And now the IRS is hiring 87K new special agents to carry guns and harass the people!

Just imagine all the relief American citizens and business owners would experience if we withdrew the power allowing Congress to lay and collect taxes calculated from “incomes” and went to raising a federal revenue from imposts, duties, excise taxes and if necessary, an apportioned direct tax among the States as our wise Founders intended.

Which Americans Are Most Likely to be Audited by IRS Under ‘Inflation Reduction Act’?

“In a press release, Brady used IRS data to estimate that the Democrats’ bill, if passed as is, would amount to 1.2 million new audits of taxpayers per year. Over 710,000 of these audits would fall on Americans who earn $75,000 a year or less, the Texas Republican said.”
.
Just another example of the miseries suffered under the patently evil tax calculated from “incomes”.

If high taxes solved anything Cal cities would be paradise.

And what is wrong with California’s tent cities?

I’m going to pose this question again.
Should the Republicans gain the majority in the House, where as I understand the “purse” exists, could the Republican majority defund this madness?

A good portion of it, but not all.

However, if the Republicans can gain the presidency, and maintain majorities in the House and Senate, they will then have it in their power to end the current domestic attack on the United States and her citizens. The question is, will they work to this end if they gain the power?

Getting back to the subject of the thread, I wonder how many of those who promote the “FairTax” actually read the PROPOSED LEGISLATION
