Well this should be interesting. Bannon has been indicted by the DOJ for contempt of congress for not appearing after a subpoena for Jan 6th hearings. Im a little surprised since this hasn’t happened for 37 years. Should be very interesting to see how this proceeds. I am guessing Bannon goes to jail before he will talk.

“Today’s charges reflect the department’s steadfast commitment to these principles.”
The indictment indicates the Department of Justice is willing to seek criminal charges as the committee faces a mounting number of witnesses who are refusing to cooperate.
If convicted, Bannon faces a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of one year in jail, as well as a fine of $100 to $1,000. A federal district court judge will ultimately determine his sentence."

Whether he talks or not, this has definitely added pressure to the numerous folks who have been subpoenaed. Will they all choose to go to jail versus talk? I have a feeling Bannon will go that route but Meadows? Miller? Eastman?
