Most of them should be repealed, and many I failed to mention (and the people who supported them should be u-elected.) The bureaucrats whose job it is to enforce them, no longer being necessary, should then be let go.

FAPs always have “minority participation” conditions included and this will be no exception.
The problem the goobermint will create will be “mandatory” quotas so they can boast what they’ve done for the black or Hispanic representation on the project for vote buying intentions.

The President does not have to ask the people on every decision, just like those in congress do not have to go to the people on every subject.
If the people do not agree with their decisions then they will not be re-elected. By voting someone into public office they are in effect acting as your proxy. Your vote is for the person that you think will represent your interests best. If they don’t then vote them out.
