Bipartisan? Enforcing our laws are the duty of the executive branch. There is only one person/party in the executive branch. The minority party in congress has nothing to do with enforcing our laws.
If Biden needs more legal authority or funding to enforce our immigration or border protection, it is up for his administration to,say what he needs.
Bipartisan.
Good grief.
Bipartisan, as in both parties working together toward a common goal to secure our border. It sounds far-fetched and in todayâs deeply divided reality, not even remotely possible.
Itâs possible. Trump basically did it, at least to a much greater degree than currently, with no assistance from Democrats. There is no evidence that Biden wants a secure border and every evidence he wants the opposite.
As I said before, love him or hate him, Trump actually put in place policies that dropped illegal immigration to a trickle. As soon as Biden got in, he reversed Trumpâs policies knowing full well what the consequences would be ___ an uncontrolled flood of millions of poverty-stricken, poorly educated, low skilled, diseased, disabled, and criminal foreign nationals pouring across our border, in addition to a flood of deadly drugs.
And that leaves us with the question of, WHY? And I think the answer is more sinister, and notoriously evil than, âdemocrat votersâ.

There is no surer way to weaken, subdue and bring to its knees a prosperous and freedom loving country than by flooding it with deadly drugs, an inflated currency and the poverty stricken, poorly educated, low skilled, diseased, disabled, and criminal populations of other countries.
Not true as has been as has been brought up numerous times. Trumpâs remain in Mexico policy absolutely was effective along with the measures he took. The reason why the world is showing up at our border now is because the Biden Administration is more than happy to let them in:
The only reason it is happening now is that President Joe Biden has completely dismantled our immigration enforcement system. Immigrants from around the world know that if they come to the U.S., Biden will let them in and let them stay forever, even after they lose their asylum claim, as long as they donât commit a violent felony.
The only way the people solve the current border crisis is by electing a president willing to enforce our existing immigration laws.
Trump, a Republican, did the best he could with a bad situation. DEMS fought him tooth and nail. Think how effective border security would be, if DEMS and Republicans worked together.
The WH is now occupied by a DEM. They are for open borders. Would you really expect them to suddenly wake up and embrace the Republican position?
I believe we are talking past each other. Joe Biden is a Democrat with a Democrat controlled congress. They are for open borders. That is exactly the policy they are working towards.
Trump is a Republican, but he never had a free hand to do what he really wanted to do, because DEMs still had enough influence in the Senate to thwart his every move.
Trump did what he could. Biden is not Trump. He is for open borders. No one really expects him to lift a finger to secure our border.
I believe we are on the same page. But wishing and hoping that Biden suddenly sees the light isnât being realistic.
Okay, but you made it sound like that nothing can be done to curtail whatâs happening at the border, where the fact is that the executive branch does indeed have substantial power to do so even without Congress as Trump demonstrated.
With Biden sitting in the WH, nothing will be done. Thatâs the point I was making. As Trump demonstrated, where there is a will there is a way. But with Biden there is no will, so anything else is irrelevant.
Who in this forum actually believes Joey-boy open-borders Biden ever intends to secure our borders in addition to promoting the general welfare of the United States and her citizens?
Theyâre coming because stooges like Mayorkas and the French lady keep insisting the âborder is secureâ. Even the illegal invaders know those asshats are full of â â â â â
No. And as long as they continue to resist enforcement there will be no way to work with them. The only way to fix this is to convince the American populace to vote for those who want it fixed.
And make certain the voting process is not corrupted and intentionally undermined to allow manipulation of the election process as happens in Cuba, China, Venezuela and other authoritarian type governments.
JWK
There was no widespread or significant voter fraud in the 2020 election. The election manipulation appears to have been intentionally concentrated and limited to a few key battleground states and geographical districts which decided the electionâs outcome.
